California's attorney general announced Monday he would ask the state Supreme Court to decide if San Francisco's approval of same-sex marriage licenses is legal.
Attorney General Bill Lockyer said he would file the action Friday, a statement from his office in Sacramento said.
"The attorney general seeks the Supreme Court's intervention because he believes the issuance of same-sex marriage licenses violates California law," the statement said.

Hm. I had the impression that if he wasn't in on the deal with the Mayor, he was at least approving of it. Maybe he's gotten pressure from the Governator.

I understand the groups behind the recall of Davis are gearing up to recall Lockyer if he does not aggressively fight the SF same sex marriages. I love to see Democrats squirm. Lockyer has big plans to be Governor and the last thing he wants to do is anger gays, one of the Democrats base groups.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.
Legal issues - even Lockliar is going to take it to court. He may have looked into the future and saw it didn't like him.
If anyone wants on/off this ping list, ping me. It has been extremely busy lately, and will no doubt continue to be so.
