That is an outstanding post TexKat. The "Corriere della Sera" is a key piece of open source intel. Debka reported that a while back. In August of '03 al-Zawahiri was smuggled out of Iran. I believe he is the leader of al-Qaeda, and I also believe he is a Russian GRU mole in that organization.
