Al Qaida and the bombings in Spain

Just because they claim credit doesn't make it so, but as time passes it seems increasingly likely that the multi-national terror corporation we know as Al Qaida played a role in the bombings in Madrid yesterday. Certainly the forums that are known hangouts for Qaida supporters are all a-twitter over the 'blessed event'

We'll close this entry with some guest commentary from our Toronto Bureau:

I don't know, but that bombing episode in Spain looks a little too much like a calling card from Al qaida & Co.

The bar gets lower with each passing episode.

The sort of response these people need reminds me of a cat we had when I was a teenager. The damn thing used to shit all over the house. I was politely told at lunch that the two of us were to go out behind the barn and only one of was to come back. Needless to say the cat stayed behind. Forget the trials, it's a god damn war. You get caught killing or plotting against our people and we just put a bullet in you, case closed.

They were interviewing Qadafi's son on 60 minutes and the interview made it's way to the house where the Americans killed Qadafi's kid. The now adult son who was a teenager at the time and almost got dusted himself said he did not think about forgiving the Americans for killing his sibling. He said it was a war, we send them bombs and we accept bombs in return. He said he accepted the rules as they were.

I can't possibly describe the surprise at such clarity coming from anyone in the Arab world. Either the guy is the biggest bullshitter or he's had an epiphany of cosmic proportions. Unfortunately half the population of the free world hasn't clued into these "rules". I think they must be running around with little buckets of sand, just in case of an emergency.

I hear the alarm clock, time to wake up people.

He says some good stuff. I think he goes a bit over board on shooting people before they are proven guilty. Sound like a real vigilanti..Innocent people would get blasted if this guy was in charge.
