Is someone attempting to ignite a Shi'ite and Sunni civil war?

That seems to be the case. You may recall a few weeks ago, the U.S. found a 17 page document by Al Qaeda linked terrorist Zarqawi. Zarqawi's goal of starting a civil war between the 2 (Shiites and Sunnis) was detailed in this letter.

As of today, it's obvious that although the letter was found and exposed, terrorists have embraced the plan.

Well it just occured to me, who produced the letter to be broadcast on every news station in the World?? Was it The US Gov? Gee, I hope not, sure would at least make us look like a bunch of buffoons, if not, perhaps a co-conspirator to the locals. Why didn't they just shuffle the letter into the Veritcal File??

The world's "most notorious" terrorist groups continue to operate in Canada, says a classified intelligence report written two years after Parliament gave police new powers and money to dismantle the country's deadly terror networks, reports the National Post.

In a 22-page assessment of the security threats facing the nation, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service said international terrorists are still using the country as a base for waging worldwide political and religious violence.
