February 24, 2004 -- WASHINGTON - The Pentagon has dispatched the elite commando force that hunted down Saddam Hussein to Afghanistan for a new operation aimed at getting Osama bin Laden, officials said yesterday. Military sources confirmed that members of the shadowy Task Force 121, the unit that conducted the high-tech search for Saddam and his henchmen, have recently begun operating in the remote mountainous region along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border where bin Laden and key al Qaeda and Taliban fugitives are believed to be hiding. The Task Force is made up of highly trained Delta and SEAL commandos, as well as CIA paramilitary operators. It operates outside normal military channels.

due to the fact that most of you dont have much intelegence and extreamly low level in noticing small things and reading between the lines, you have missed the most important part of Dr.ayaman (the right hand of Shakh Osama Bin Laden) speech today on TV and what he had to say.

i thought i will be having some smart people around here but i was let down sorry to say that, non of you was smart enough to tell me we know when the attack is!!?? coz the time period was given by his speech and was extreamly clear.


if you want to know the timing of the attacks go back and read what Dr.ayaman had to say in his speech and with some smartness you will know the time period of the attacks so that you can get ready.


i am sure your goverment understud the timing very very very well.


victory is coming and is extreamly near and nothing will stop it by the hands of God alaah akbaar the mojahideen will see victory soon.

Thanks for starting thread 4. I have not left this thread, just been very busy. I have a dear friend in ICU due to a heart attack so any prayers his way would be appreciated (his name is Wes).

Regarding the "Virus at US Army Bases in Germany" article; I sent the article to my brother who works at USEUCOM in Stuttgart and this is his reply: "It's amazing how the press can screw stuff up. We haven't heard of this and it isn't anywhere close to us. In fact this doesn't have anything to do with U.S. bases; these are German bases south of Kassel where we haven't had troops in years. The EUCOM Surgeon works two floors down and he hasn't said anything about this either."

Regarding the report on pending climate changes I remember reading on a FR thread that the report was for a "what if" scenario and when the report was leaked to the media it got blown out of proportion. The study was based only on what if it happened, not that it is pending. I don't remember which thread. I will search for it when I have time later this evening.

I got confused about what tape was going to "precede" the major attacks culminating in the cave of darkness. I thought AlJazerra had already played the relevant tape. Another- screened by CNN- is worrisome. The AQ's repeatedly have stated that they will give our government brief advance notice of the attack, so that the officials can watch from their underground bunkers. They further say that the officials will "cry like women" when they see the destruction one of their own cities.

LOL! I saw your ping and tried to post a reply, only to find that thread is locked. Things move fast here, don't they? :-)

As I recall things, an audio tape is supposed to precede the next big attack, followed by the release of a video tape right after the attack. Don't quote me on that......"CRS" is getting to be a problem (lol) and there's been a ton of info to digest since this group got together to disseminate everything. I've followed this since Day 1 though I post rarely. I'm not nearly as good at finding info as some of the others here.
I'm good at saving, though, and my Faves Files are full of stuff from this group. I've learned a lot and have been able to use some info to convince others to just be prepared for anything. Better safe than sorry. We got prepared right after 9/11 and have maintained our preparations all along.

This new tape concerns me in that attacks seem to follow his messages shortly afterwards. It's just a matter of where the next one will hit.

If may see orange alert again. But that depends on what the government really thinks of all the current chatter I guess.

I think I see what he is referring to by using his little reference and bouncing it off that one part of Zawahiris "dissertation" where he discusses legions after legions of the types of attackers who brought us the strikes in NYC and Washington DC.

I guess in Daleels mind he thinks this will happen in less than 48 hours. I don't tend to trust him very well, however.

Terror threat still a concern for Washington region, Ridge says

FAIRFAX, Va. -- Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge warned Tuesday that Washington could again be the victim of terrorism and said preparing for that is a top concern.

"We are the nation's capital, we have been attacked before and we could be attacked again," Ridge said at a town hall meeting held at George Mason University.

Billions of dollars have been spent on homeland security nationwide since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks at the Pentagon and World Trade Center, but Ridge said preparedness remains the nation's greatest challenge to minimizing the impact of terrorism.

"A massive public education campaign needs to take place before an incident occurs," Ridge said at the forum attended by leaders from throughout the Washington area. "There is an integrated plan to deal with surge capacity in the hospitals, traffic control and public safety."

Local governments in the region were among the first to receive money from the federal government after the 2001 attacks, but public safety officials who went to the meeting expressed concern about having enough resources.

"What we don't have is enough gear to sustain an effort over a prolonged period of time," said Tom Manger, chief of the Montgomery County, Md., police.

Manger said public safety agencies from different parts of the region have trained together and participated in conference calls when the Department of Homeland Security's color coded alert system is elevated.

The calls frequently involve representatives of the 17 local jurisdictions that make up the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. State officials from Maryland and Virginia also take part. They work with the Homeland Security's National-Capital Region Department, which specifically addresses security concerns affecting the area around the nation's capital.
