It's always amazed me how many career welfare people are 'fat'.I am thinking it's the carbohydrates. Pasta and Bread are cheap. Also lack of strenuous exercise, ya know.
I'm on Atkins and spend a fortune at the grocery store on high-falutin food.
These ladies kinda remind me of "Onslow" in Keeping up Appearances

The mother looks like she's been taking tips on coy, retiring glances. From Helen Thomas. She does resemble a younger Helen, the ugliness is there and ready to bloom, but at least Helen has a job.

"If only the Susan Moore-ish super-spongers were as purposeful as the neo-Moorish super-spongers."
When I read that line I let out an audible "Whhhowww" not unlike what I would say at the finale of a fireworks show.
His skills as a writer are pyrotechnic.

I had the same thought. I mean he articulated the conservative position better than I've ever seen anyone else do, 'cept perhaps RR. :)

These ladies kinda remind me of "Onslow" in Keeping up Appearances... Daisy?
I remember waking one morning to 1030 AM (WBZ Boston), to some incoherent low-caste British accented mumbo-jumbo. I turns to me missus and says I, "What's Onslow doin' on the wireless, Rose?" Turns out George Harrison had died overnight and they lead the 6:00 AM news with some sophomoric jibberish of his'n. I swear you never tell if it was George or Onslow, less'n they told you.
But, rest assured, Daisy and her spawn are certain that they are the moral and cultural superiors of George Bush in particular and Americans in general.

Liberal "good intentions" are the illusion. Look at the fruit. When the fruit is "destroyed lives", the tree is evil.

Teachers are uncomfortable with the notion of an "opposing side" one must strive to "beat" - just as, in the war on terror, many grown-ups are uncomfortable with the notion of "the enemy": to the progressive mind, there are no enemies, just friends whose grievances we haven't yet fully acknowledged.Bump!

Here's bit of info from an
American Journal of Public Health study on obesity, profession, and gender in England. Thought you'd be interested.

Yes, that's really them. Good God, she even looks like my ex-wife whos name is also Susan. If it werent for all the child support I send her, she would be the American poster girl for public assistance.
Thanks for bring back bad memories; I feel the need for a shower.

She does resemble a younger Helen, the ugliness is there and ready to bloom, but at least Helen has a job.On the other hand, even while working, Helen Thomas is no more a productive member of society than the lovely Moore ladies.
