Al-Aksa Brigades claimed responsibility for the Jerusalem sucide bombing on Sunday, Army Radio reported.

Al-Manar, the Hizbullah TV station in Lebanon, identifed the bomber as Muhammad Za'al, from the Bethlehem area, a member of the al-Aksa Martyrs Brigades.

"We bless the pure hand that executed the attack," a senior member of the terror organization told the Lebanese TV station. "Israel's intention to withdraw from the Gaza Strip and the construction of the security fence proves the legitimacy of our way."

Senior al-Aksa Brigades official Osama Hamdan told the Hizbullah television station that the attack was meant to serve as a message to the International Court of Justice that the West Bank fence will not bring security to Israeli civilians.

In a statement posted on a Hamas website, the group demanded Israelis leave all of Israel, "if not, they will face the same destiny of those Zionists who were attacked in the martyrdom operation in Jerusalem today."

Israeli security forces report that the man was an Al Aqsa terror member, however, the bomb belt and target were supplied by the Hamas terror group.

All groups, no matter if they are secular or fundamentalist, are working together to destroy Israel.

What are the chances the ICJ will decide the wall is an appropriate defensive measure?

Zilch. They'll blame the Isreali "occupation".

How much does it matter?

Zilch. See how Iran handled the ICJ when the US (Carter/1980) filed a case over holding our hostages.

So, we ignored the ICJ when the Nicaraguan Sandinistas took us to court.

"We bless the pure hand that executed the attack,"

"People were screaming 'mommy' and 'daddy.' There were body parts everywhere, including some hands and feet scattered outside the bus."

Eleven students were wounded in the attack, the Education Ministry said.

the bloodstained cellphones of passengers rang persistently from the wreckage. A bloodied book of psalms lay amid the destruction, as did a notebook with Bugs Bunny on the cover, and a civics text entitled To Be Citizens in Israel.
