Not really, a little over a half acre & plenty big if you're the one who has to cut the grass.
This isn't some posh, gated community in Las Vegas like where yo are for chrissakes, it's southern Indiana...Newburgh's a suburb of *Evansville*.
A pissant place, really.
'Round here for fun we go to the trailer parks & let the air outa the tires on one side.
When the sucker starts listing, all the beers cans roll to the other sider & crash against the opposite wall.
Guarenteed to scare the crap outa uncles & neices, brothers & sisters or cousins as they tumble outa the sack all hungover. :o)
Really, this is quite a modest place & we love it; *nothing*, like your "old" home on the ocean or where you're at, now.
In fact the largest place in my 'hood is a tad over 5,000. sq/ft.
Rather small potatoes compared to your neck of the woods.
