[Bigman on sax, CM on guitar]

Well I'll be damned.

You realize that could go on forever ad infinitum, don't you?

WTF.

Yeah, well you were the one that first warned me about what I posted on the internet. I typed in some of my personal info one day, just for the heck of it, and got an unpleasant surprise. There I was!

It only took 1.5 seconds fo Mr. Google to find you, and *create* a page for you!

BTW, Googles really got the goods on our boy Mud:

"I live in a drum"

I was prepared for you to respond with "potroast," "pothole," "potholder," or even "Pothunter," but not drum.

I'm really stumped.

Say, this sounds like the makings of a conspiracy!

"Party That Knows Big Guv'ment's Wrong!!"
(To be sung to Doug Stone's "A Jukebox With A Country Song!!")

After twenty years together
Fightin' fer what is Right
So she went to her mother's
And I went for a drive
Down that old familiar highway
Just a few miles out of town
To that run-down one-room tavern
That used to be my stompin' grounds

When I pulled into the driveway
Everything still looked the same
And I couldn't wait to down a few
And hear that jukebox ring
But when I walked in through the doorway
There stood some kind of maitre d
And he looked me up, and he looked me down, and said,
"Can I help you please?"
(And I said)

chorus:
What'd you do with those swingin' doors?
And where's the sawdust on the floor?
Why's everybody wearin' suits and ties?
From where I stand I can't believe my eyes
And whose idea was it to hang these ferns?
This brand-new bar don't have a single burn
I guess I'm somewhere that I don't belong

I wanna Party that knows BigGuv'ment's Wrong!!

When I looked into the corner
Where the jukebox once stood proud
Some clown was playin' records...
Too fast, too long, and too loud
Well it must've been a big mistake
To try to speak my mind

But Ol' JimRob's tellin' me to leave,
I said, "Sir, take yer time..."

(repeat chorus)
What'd you do with those swingin' doors?
And where's the sawdust on the floor?
Why's everybody wearin' suits and ties?
From where I stand I can't believe my eyes
And whose idea was it to hang these ferns?
This brand-new bar don't have a single burn
I guess I'm somewhere that I don't belong

I wanna Party that knows BigGuv'ment's Wrong!!

...I guess I don't belong
Without a jukebox and a country song

"My Son and War"

"Like myself, most military parents honor the fact that our children took an oath to serve. Most of us are more patient than members of the chattering classes who write editorials about how our American policy is failing in the Middle East. Most of us know that even if it does fail, we must still try to transform the breeding grounds of hopelessness, terror and oppression into places where freedom and human rights are given a chance. Most military parents know that World War II lasted almost five years. Germany took 20 years to reconstruct. We still have troops in Korea, Japan and Germany. We know that the Middle East is a complex mess and that the chaotic "crescent of instability," stretching from the horn of Africa through the Middle East and all the way to Indonesia, cannot be allowed to continue breeding violent anti-American terrorists. My Marine has my absolute support, even though I feel sick at the thought that he could be hurt, or worse. I pray my way through each day and many lonely nights. He is engaged in a noble undertaking. I think most military parents feel as I do, though maybe the press doesn't quote us as often as it trumpets the fears of a few oversolicitous hand-wringing military "soccer moms" (and dads) wailing "Be careful!" as their sons and daughters try to defend us. I hope such parents come to understand that they are putting our children at risk by making us look weak and divided to terrorists who already dismiss us as soft."

Thanks fer the ping, MoJo, and thanks fer transcribing this article, 'Pod!!

"Henri Landru aka Bluebeard"

"Henri Landru enticed women with offers of marriage and killed them after he had stripped them of all their assets. He was tried at the Seine-et-Oise Assizes Court and on being found guilty was sentenced to death for the murder of eleven women. On February 25, 1922 he was guillotined."
