The answer is not a wall

When you're dealing with a colony of rabid animals, it's a good idea to contain them while deciding how you're going to deal with them.

If push comes to shove, better to have them contained, than running loose among your families and businesses.

We practice something similar in this country too. While some non-violent criminals are allowed to mingle with society by particpating in "work release" programs, convicted murders spend their remaining days on death row. We don't let them out on "work release", now do we. So who are we to lecture Israel on how Israel deals with its population of murderous psychopaths?
