Cab driver Cedrick Deon Edmonson volunteered to drive the toys to the child's home. But those presents never made it.

Well, if you can't trust a cab driver, who can you trust?

Stealing toys from a kid with cancer... that's a quick ticket to the top of almost any 'most hated' list.

In my opinion there is nothing worse than seeing a child slowly die from cancer. Some of them just fight and fight and fight. Against the disease, against the pain, against the death that looms before them. They endure poking and prodding and all sorts of almost contant harrassing things being done to their small bodies. The chemo, the transfusions, etc.

We talk of heroes in this country. About bravery. You want to see a hero? You want to see someone brave? Strength of being so deep and so strong that sometimes you have to turn your face away because what the child is going through is so horrible you can't even watch? Meet some of these brave children fighting cancer.

Better yet, help them. If you or anyone you know has not yet done so contact your local cancer center or blood bank and ask how you can get on the national marrow donors list. If you are someone you know is having a child urge them to save the unbilical cord fluid and have it frozen and stored. It may save a childs life someday.

The boy should have listened to the bible, and given the thief his robe too.
