Admin Mod this is chat stuff.
I has galled my kibes, for many years, that there is not a monument on the Mall in DC for the Veterans of the Mexican War.
I propose that we erect a Statue of the Mississippi Rifles to represent the regulars and volunteers from all States that fought in that war.
I admit that my ancesors had the stupidity to volunteer and thus helped give us Kaliforinia, Mormon Battialion, but cut me some slack, nine women died in Nam and they got a statue.
None of the cut and thrust of the bayonette, disgusingly male, MS Wolf I love you, or the smoke covered battle field just a statue.

Yea, Bush would probably want to honor all the dead Mexicans who so bravely fought for their homeland.
