The ABA has the American Law Institute which produce their model code project for domestic relations.
These judges are taught based on those models. They have no conservative teaching.
The Mass judge who wrote the opinion there was ACLU. The SF judge is probably ACLU and ABA.
That should be the litmust test of all future judges, no card carrying members of the ACLU. No ABA members. (remeber the ABA is just a voluntary special interest group.)
