Yes. But Full Faith and Credit is not given to illegal acts in another state.
The procedure is illegal in California. 60% of California voters supported and passed the proposition restricting marriage to traditional couples.

It is illegal, and I personally hope the California courts will uphold the law. It could turn into a major court fight, and if the marriages are held to be legal watch out.
Of course, that section of Our Constitution doesnt apply to concealed carry, so we may be safe for a while longer.
