No state I know of has laws banning screens not visible to the driver while engaged in driving. Some states flat out ban screens visible to the driver while driving. Most all states have inattentive driving-type laws. In the case where cameras are used and the screens viewed are for purposes of backing up (RV), they are usually legal as they are usually not on while actually driving down the road.

BTW, I see cases brought here in Virginia every week where that is the only plausible explanation. Or maybe its not just the porn, but the 'perfect storm' caused by porn and Viagra. Please elaborate. This sounds interesting.

It's not bad; actually it's an
homage to the great German director Audi Porsche Messerschmitt's classic
Der Fraulien und der Wienerschnitzel. I myself prefer such classics as
On Golden Blonde, what with its grounding in the ouevre of Japan's great director Nissan Kawasaki. Another I would recommend is
Booty & the Beast; a tragic story of good vs. evil in the tradition of Spanish director Chalupa Machismo.
Plus, they all have nekkid boobies.

OMG, sorry I couldn't help myself, I hope I don't get in trouble............. It's a good thing he wasn't on the highway. He might have "gotten off" at the wrong exit.

You unconscionably left out Toshiro Mifune's cinematic masterpiece: Sperms of Endearment. :)

Feh. Mifune was a hack. He stole all of his pacing and direction from the master, France's Croissant L'Stinque.

I usually have the scanner on in the evenings, and Schenectady PD is one of the localities I listen to. Lots of 'fun' stuff to listen to there! LOL!
Of course, it would figure that I had my scanner off that evening. Ugh.

I neglected to mention that the couple who live in the offending house are gay. Were they broadcasting to the world on purpose? I dunno.

It bad enough we got to put up with those cars with high wattage audio blasting filth now we got to watch for cars with video filth as well. These creep will try to out do one another with the screen size, just as they have with most decibels.

Aw, they were overreacting. I've followed guys like this and you can hardly see a thing no matter how close you get. Even with binoculars.
It was for research purposes only. Officer.

Are we there yet? Thanks, man. I just laughed so hard that I lost a contact lens. Good thing I wasn't driving.

Would that be a moving violation?
