What they are doing is asking for legitimacy for a lifestyle that has never been legitimized in the entire history of civilization.

That's a point that I don't hear often enough. They have as much right as you and I to marry. Marriage is the union of a man and a woman, and there's no law preventing any homosexual from marrying someone of the opposite sex. Now, they may choose not to, just as I've chosen not to, as a heterosexual. That's life.
