Another MO of the "baiters" who start the arguments first is that when sent an article that refutes their claims, they say that publications like The Wall Street Journal and National Review aren't credible sources. And, of course, they've been indoctrinated to discount anyone who watches Fox News! grrrrrrrrrrr

If the WSJ and NR aren't "credible sources, find the periodic publications that existed in the time frame you want and use them as sources.

I know that is exactly what she will say ... not credible.

By the way, I really enjoyed reading the article by Byron York. I had not realized how many years President Bush devoted to faithful, daily service in the National Guard.

I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't 5 or 6 times the amount of time Kerry spent in the military, but that I would have to check.

Thanks for everyone's help. I feel all better now.

I'm going to try to be nice, but I am definitely going to set her straight about this.
