What does Senator Kerry mean and what were Senator Kerry's intentions, when he sent an email to Teheran, Iran, promising to "repair the damage" done to U.S. foreign policy under President George W. Bush?
The fact that this was reported earlier in the week and received little attention is very interesting and I feel very serious.
