Remember when Clinton's menopausal Wookie took over as Attorney General...they fired EVERY prosector. The wisdwom of that move is now apparent.

He's suing him under the Federal Whistleblower statute.
By its design it is for occasions where a subordinate thinks that a superior has retaliated against him for blowing the whistle on the superior.
