And Kerry can't resign from his Senate seat like Bob Dole did, even if he's delusional enough to believe he'll beat Bush, because GOP Governor Mitt Romney would name his replacement.

Just because taxpayers pay his salary doesn't mean he has to earn it, if he's a Dim.
