Well, I did my best to prop Dean up there. Still, voting dem made me feel icky.

I voted Dean, too, and I know exactly what you mean. When I got back to the car my first thought was: ''I need a shower!''

I had hope that the Midwest voter would see though Kerry.

I remember the NH exit polls had it very close and the final results were Kerry by double digits instead.

It will be interesting if Edwards does indeed finish a strong second.

Why Dean instead of Edwards? Just curious.

The doctored photo is the B & W one w/ Hanoi Jane standing behind a mic & Kerry is seated on the same stage.

Just keep in mind that if we conservatives keep knocking down all of the vulnerable Democrat candidates before the convention, than all that will be left are the nearly invulnerable candidates. I'd rather have Bush taking on idiots like Dean or Kerry because they are so easy to knock down. Edwards might be a tougher nut to crack.

Re#18 Heard Rush talking about it, don't know if I've seen both here, though. Maybe Rush's site has some info. I'll keep an eye out here and ping you if I see it here....

This may seal the deal on a Kerry/Edwards ticket.

I doubt this helped Kerry much! Don't you hate those daytona photo ops?

If the exit poll is correct, the 42% for Kerry is not especially compelling -- justification for both Edwards and Dean to not quit. Let's keep it rolling, it bankrupts Kerry a little more each day for spring and summer.

Do tell. That may mean Clinton and Edwards. Two lawyers.

I did my part for Dean, too, but I had to take a shower when I got home from the polls. Gotta say I feel bad for Dean seeing the hack job his own party did on him. Looks like it might be Kerry's turn now.

Is this the "doctored" photo I've heard about?

Here is the fake photo created from these two photos:

Hope this answers your questions.

Never considered either Edwards or Clark. Was looking for the candidate that would give the Dem establishment the most grief. Had planned to vote for Sharpie until Dean hit the wall. Frankly, I'm really, really surprised that Edwards is pulling this kind of support in Wisconsin. There's a strong anti-Southern bias here.

Thanks. I checked there a while ago, but nothing was up yet. Limbaugh said he'd link a .pdf I think.

Anyway, IMHO, this is a freaking big deal. Not just what it reveals about the press' willingness to cover for Ketchup Boy (the article said that if Kerry lied it was no big deal, and that lying to Imus wasn't a crime), but the BBC did NOT change the time stamp or mention that the article had been edited. Now I'm not a presstitute, but journalistically speaking, ain't that a whopping big NO-NO?

I can't help it, but I do, too.
I think it was more the DNC prodding the media to ridicule him. You never recover from ridicule.

They even spared Sharpton and Kucinich that.
