That is the same process that was used on the other side, to create the Court decision, with which Justice Moore disagreed. You don't believe that Conservatives have as much right to bring test cases, to try to get back to the actual intent of the Founding Fathers, as Leftist have to bring test cases, in their ongoing efforts to undermine that intent?
