Finally!!! Rush has finally focused on the problems with and in Kosovo. For some of us, we have been screeming about this since April of 1999. Before you decide to jump all over me for any Rush comments, he has almost never spoke about the aftermath in Kosovo. Sure at times he has spoken poorly about the Kosovo operation, but I can't ever recall him saying that we had choosen the wrong side. The question is going to be if he actually goes more in depth or if this is going to be it???
BFD. I was off by 27 years on a continent with several thousand years of history!
When you say Turkey is among the most corrupt and violent nations that has ever existed, you lose credibility. What's your source of knowledge on Turkey and how it compares to the rest of the world's darker regions?
Don't mistake me for an Ataturk apologist. My Greek in-laws have told me the truth. But, those responsible for the Armenian massacre are dead. The fighting on Cyprus was 3 generations ago. The Turkish government (for the time being) is now secular.
Not to get off track here, but there are people in the US who would say you and I are at fault for the massacre at Wounded Knee - yet I fundamentally deny responsibility for the acts of generations now departed.
Yes, I've spent one comfortable day in both Ankara and Istanbul. But as for Seeing what Muslim Turks allow you , he was Kurdish and always in a backseat - I was in the "pilot seat". Most of my 3 months in Turkey were spent in the martial law areas around Diyarbakir and the $hithole area called Sirnak. I witnessed the dozens of emptied towns of that area. I saw the Army on search missions in remote villages. I even had the displeasure of watching the Turkish Gendarme litter their dead/wounded off Mi-8s after "bad hunting days" with the PKK. And more.
Unless you are Turkish or Kurdish, I would venture I've seen far more of what's recently/currently ugly in Turkey than you can imagine. Turkey is far from being a "good place", but there are far worse countries today and in history. And as for the former, I have been to too many. I find your statement naive, at best, hence my snide remark...
We're getting way off topic so I'll drop this after answering this question (partially).
Respect for life. A Christian will support abortion. Western secular society says it's OK. So I guess maybe we're not really a Christian country anymore. But we were at the start and God willing we will be again
you->The only good indian, huh? Sieg heil.
When a religion's scriptures command you to be a terrorist, killing and raping and stealing from, lying to, and cheating all other people Then if you follow those scriptures you are not good. As good has been defined in our Judeo-Christian ethic and generally accepted throughout the world.
Only bad moslems can be good and all good moslems are bad. It's a characteristic of the islamic religion as demanded by the koran.
Wonders had a discussion with a Croatian soldier who used to be on here (Tropoljac), and they were talking about how the Bosnian Muslims killed and gathered the sheep of the Serb population and made huge pyramid-shaped piles of them.
Did you know your innocent, peaceful Bosnian Muslims murdered Serbs in Croatia? They even trained and fought there back in 1991 before the Bosnian war started.
Bosnians Committed War Crimes in Croatia
Members of the 5th Corps of the Army BiH killed 286 Serbian civilians between the towns of Glina and Dvor na Uni: The evidence came from statements from UN Monitors, as well as the war diary of a HV General which was filed away in the SIS archivesNacional has learned from well-informed military sources that during the military action Operation Storm, the 5th Corps of Army BiH killed 286 Serbian civilians in the villages of Zirovac, Cavlovici and Ostojici, between the towns of Glina and Dvor na Uni. The report published by the Croatian Helsinki Committee (HHO) on July 1 of this year confirms these claims: witnesses claim that the civilian victims in Zirovac were brutally slaughtered.
To date, no one has attempted to bring to light the participation of the 5th Corps, with their commander Atif Dudakovic, in Operation Storm. The silence regarding their role both during and after Operation Storm was the result of a pledge in order to stabilize relations between Croatian and Bosnia Herzegovina.
...Zirovac received much attention in the HHO report, which also refutes the claims of innocence of the 5th Corps under the command of Atif Dudakovic. The report, consisting of 150 pages, describes the tragic fates of Serbian civilians, who did not die in typical military attacks during Operation Storm, but rather were brutally tortured and killed. A part of this crime is directly attributed to members of the 5th Corps of Army BiH, in addition to members of HV, and in some cases, members of the Serbian military.
The report concerning the village near Dvor states that members of the 5th Corps entered, and committed serious murders on the remaining population, the majority of which had their throats slit. Those who managed to survive returned home after their stay in the collection camps, to an abandoned and looted village.
Although the reports by the offices of the former UN Sector North recorded a large number of victims, who did not leave their homes, they reported that the refugees who fled and were in the convoys were subject to various attacks: from airplane shelling, tank grenades, firing and stone throwing. In several cases, they recorded that the men were taken away from the convoy in which they were travelling with their families, and all traces of them were lost.
Funny that you can't name and give autopsy reports if you were so involved in forensic investigation. Are you qualified for that; are you a forensic pathologist?
When you come across a sick mind, leave it alone. ;-)

- What he probably mumbles in his sleep.
Do you think he could possibly be that Ustashe former freeper named Supercooldude? The I.Q.s seem to match and they both drone on with that "serbonazi" crap.
