One anti-Kerry group, Vietnam Veterans Against John Kerry (VVAJK), recently formed a national coalition with two other groups: Vietnamese-Americans for Human Rights in Vietnam (VAHRV), and Vietnamese-Americans Against John Kerry (VAAJK). “We represent hundreds of thousand of American veterans,” says VVAJK founder said Ted Sampley, “who do not want to see John Kerry anywhere near the Oval Office.” A formal VVAJK statement reads, “As a national leader of VVAW, Kerry campaigned against the effort of the United States to contain the spread of Communism. He used the blood of servicemen still in the field for his own political advancement by claiming that their blood was being shed unnecessarily or in vain . . .
If alQerry wants to re-fight the Vietnam war, let's tell him to bring it on.

If alQerry wants to re-fight the Nuclear Freeze issue and the Reagan arms buildup that brought down the Soviet Union, let's tell him to bring it on.

If alQerry wants to re-fight the liberation of Nicaraqua from Castro-aligned Marxist thugs, a liberation that was opposed by himself and the Democrats, let's tell him to bring it on.

If alQerry wants to re-fight the dismantling of the CIA, which was begun by the Church Commission and continued under sponsorship of alQerry and his Qennedy Liberal Qolleagues, let's tell him to bring it on.

If alQerry wants to re-fight the congressional battles over all the weapons systems that the alQerry's and the alQennedy's of the Senate opposed for the last 20-30 years, let's tell him to bring it on.

I heard a reporter quote a Dean support who said Kerry was closer to being a Republican than a Democrat. With the American Conservative Union giving Kerry a lifetime rating of 5, that tells you how far to the Left Dean is.

I agree. The Democrats couldn't serve up a better candidate, assuming the highest qualification is that he goes down in flames in November. A wealthy, patrician, left-wing, anti-war Massachusetts Senator, protege of Dukakis, with an unignorable pro-Communist history, to be nominated officially at a convention in Boston, Massachusetts, a state currently trying to figure out if marriage requires a woman to participate... these guys don't get it, not at all.

John Kerry in his 20 years in Washington - has done nothing but undermine national defense - yet he tries to capitalize on the emotions of Americans as the war in Iraq has kindled patriotic feelings toward our soldiers.
The press has yet to examine anything he has accomplished and is going along with his Vietnam rant. Dan Quayle was a popular Senator from Indiana - good looking (like the golden boy Edwards) , good golfer(only Clinton is loved for this-and he cheats ) that had so many good programs he fostered and helped to pass that promoted trade, helped underdeveloped nations,( check the record people!!) and yet the press was relentlessly negative - Our fight is against the press and the skimming over of Kerry's record when they want 30 yr old dental records instead. Pressure on the press and refusal to accept the liberal attacks is as important as getting the word out on Kerry - not needed to go back 30 years- go back 6!!!!

FReeper The Spotted Owl and I have a good campaign ad

George Bush honorably served his country during the Vietnam War, but didn't get any medals.

George Bush "We will never seek a permission slip to defend the security of the United States."

John Kerry served during the Vietnam War, won many medals, then threw some one else's medals back in his country's face.

John Kerry accused his fellow soldiers of rape, baby killing and torture, and his country of war crimes.

John Kerry “I’m an internationalist,” Kerry told The Crimson in 1970. “I’d like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations.”

America needs a leader with morals, honor, and vision. Not a leader who will ask for a UN permission slip to protect America.

Bush/Cheney in 2004.

More background info on Kerry.

Maybe he'd pick Leaky Leahy as his Director of Central Intelligence.

During that same time period, Kerry charged that American-perpetrated war crimes in Vietnam were the norm...many American veterans and their families deem Kerry?s past public excoriation of U.S. troops as unforgivable acts bordering on treason.

I wish some reporter would get on the stick and start asking the several million Vietnamese-Americans who came here after 1975 about these alleged atrocities. They'd quickly discover that there no one knows anything about them. Never heard of 'em. Not a whisper, a rumor, or a peep. It kind of bursts the balloon when the alleged victims of the "atrocities" don't know anything about them.

And the other story is that the Vietnamese-American newspaper were hitting Kerry hard this weekend (most papers are weeklies), carrying multiple photos of Kerry, Hanoi Jane, and their communist hippie followers. The Newsmax photo was front-page, above-the-fold in most V-A newspapers.

The word "phan boi" (traitor) was used liberally in some articles, and others were calling him "mat con ngua" (horseface).

My Vietnamese-American wife reads several of those papers every weekend, and the verdict in that community seems to be that Kerry is a traitor, a liar, ugly, un-Presidential, and not a very admirable fellow.

Fine except for the "1970" thing, make that smaller (as in fine print) so the quote seems more recent.

That would make an excellent radio ad, or TV ad with the appropriate visuals. I wouldn't change a word of it.

Kerry

I thank you for your service,
Way back in Viet Nam.
But that is no free ticket,
To let you pull this scam.
You spit upon our nation,
Betrayed our young brave men.
You called them baby killers,
It’s not true now, nor then.
You sir are just low life scum,
You prey upon rich chicks.
I hope Teresa sees the light,
And dumps your bag of tricks.
I’ll vote for Bush this coming fall,
And pray that you don’t win.
For if you win, we all will lose,
Our freedom will cave in.

John Kerry “I’m an internationalist,” Kerry told (The Crimson in 1970.) “I’d like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations.”

On Dec 3, 2003, JF'nK reiterated his plan to treat the UN as a full partner in his speech at the Council of Foreign Relations. Thought you might want to cite this recent admission.

http://www.johnkerry.com/pressroom/speeches/spc_2003_1203.html

"I will treat the United Nations as a full partner – not only in the war on terror, but in combating other common enemies like AIDS and global poverty. We must seek not only to renew the mandate of the UN, but to reform its operations and revitalize its capacity. If I am President, the United Nations will be seen as the asset it is, not a liability to a safer America."

This is from a group, United For Peace And Justice, that is funded by the Tides Foundation. Teresa Heinz [aka Mrs. Kerry] has given the Tides Foundation more than $6 million dollars:

"A Tides beneficiary, United for Peace and Justice, is the national coalition that organized large New York City marches on Feb. 15 and March 22."
