I wonder how much those two votes cost.

So why didn't she stay home and say this? Why didn't mommy and daddy say this right away? Oh no, this hasn't put out the fire. It just fanned the flames.

Well, then I can't see how she ALSO gave an interview about her "affair" to a US tv network.

We appreciate the way Senator Kerry has handled the situation, and intend on voting for him for president of the United States. The last comment I saw from the parents had the father calling him a sleaze-bag IIRC, because he "hit on his daughter." Guess he's not so bothered by that anymore?

Shut up or I'll have Ted Kennedy drive your daughter home.

Hmmm...What about the quotes from her "friend"? A fake? A Lehane fantasy?

"I never interned or worked for John Kerry," she told AP over the phone. (me thinks this will come back to bite her.)
In a separate statement, Polier's parents, Terry and Donna Polier of Malvern, Pa., dismissed the "completely false and unsubstantiated" allegations about their daughter.
"We love and support her 100 percent and these unfounded rumors are hurtful to our entire family," the statement said. "We appreciate the way Senator Kerry has handled the situation, and intend on voting for him for president of the United States."

There is no evidence the pair had an affair, but her father Terry, 56, said: I think hes a sleazeball. I did kind of wonder if my daughter didnt get that kind of feeling herself.
Hes not the sort of guy I would choose to be with my daughter.
To: mewzilla
I wonder how many shares of these the Polier family has now...

Well, then I can't see how she ALSO gave an interview about her "affair" to a US tv network. Considering how this story was spiked their response will be: "Interview? What interview? (meanwhile, ripping ribbon from cassette and into trash)"

Yeah, those two statements from her father are weird. I think Kerry is going to be the Dem candidate, period. So, nothing to see here, whether there was anything or not.
