Does the state have a right to impose conservative religious views on sexual morality on the rest of society?

Yes.

The state exists to provide for the safety and security of society. Since only Conservative religious views of sexual activity are best for society then only these views should be supported by the state. All others are attacks on the security and prosperity of society at large.

Every law imposes moral order of some sort. Only Christian moral order is best for all concerned.
