A Prayer for my Brother-In-Law's sister Kathy would be greatly appreciated.
Kathy was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on 1/23/04, admitted to the hospital on 1/26/04. We are all devastated and saddened.
Kathy had 7 days of chemotherapy. Was tested, and still has leukemia cells. Went through another 5 days of chemo last week. Kathy is very weak after the second round of chemo.
Kathy is married to Bob and they have 2 children, Niki 11 and Robbie 7.
Please pray for Kathy and her family.

My prayers are winging their way to Kathy. This week my co-worker found out that her college aged son has Leukemia too. :( May God heal them both and keep their families in His loving arms.

I was looking over yesterday's stuff I missed Colleen. I'm sorry for the tardiness. I will offer a prayer and ask St. Therese of Lisieux and all the Angels and Saints to aid our pleas for mercy and grace on their destination to our Lord.

My heartfelt Thank You to each of you. All your prayers are appreciated so much. Thank You for your kind words and lovely graphics.
My Brother-In-Law, Ed has read the thread and sends his thank you to all. I will print this out and give it to Kathy.
On an up note, Kathy had a transfusion last night, and feels a little stronger.
Sorry for not answering all posts individually.

Thank you for the update. So glad she's got a bit more strength after the transfusion! If she requires more, I pray God will ALWAYS protect her by allowing only the purest blood to be donated to her healing body.
Please keep me posted - ping me with any news or prayer needs as they develop.
We can carry Kathy on our prayers. She's not heavy, to us, or to Jesus!
Brad's Gramma, am pinging you in case you hadn't seen this.

Thank You all for your Prayers for Kathy when I posted this thread back in February. Here is an update:
Kathy has been in the hospital since last Sunday, radiation 2x a day from Monday to Friday, chemo over the weekend, preparing for BMT. Bone Marrow Transplant is scheduled for this week. A donor outside of the family has been found. Bless this special person. Kathy is doing OK, very tired. It has been difficult for Kathy and her family, but they are all doing OK. The children are having a hard time, they have a lot of support and love from family. Lots of hope, lots of Prayers. I truly believe in the power of Prayer and have lots of folks praying for Kathy.
Your Prayers for Kathy, her family and her donor would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You, Bless all of you
Colleen
