IMHO, that's a pretty stupid title. The constituency you are trying to persuade/convert is going to associate the phrase 'civil rights movement' with the right to vote and other benefits from that movement, not the today's race hustlers that are feeding off the original movement.
While the speaker's intent is probably good, in expose the race panderering opportunists, all that could easily get lost/overwhelmed by careless ways of hyping. Gotta be smart.
Surely you don't think the civil rights movement was a net negative? Jim Crow and the poll tax have no place in conservatism.

Yes it is. Booker T. Washington is an American, he was shunned and the "Civil Rights" movement has become the Uncivil Hatreds movement for people who hate America.
