Loftus is an admitted Dem. Still, I am surprised that he would say this. Some of the stuff he reports on the John Batchelor radio show has been informative and shown to be accurate. He does have some "tinfoil" theories. He hates the Saudis, and he was talking about China as the source of the Islamic nuclear program two weeks ago (see the threads from yesterday on this). His take on the Jonathan Pollard case is quite interesting.

Loftus has been on Batchelor (and Alexander) since at least the start of the Iraq invasion. He seems credible to me; this is the first thread I've seen claiming otherwise.

Unlike many guests, I've heard him praise and criticize both sides of the political aisle.

I didn't know. I just assumed that since he was on Fox and other reputable shows that he would have been the real deal. I was duped and I apologize.

I actually post snippets right here on this site (e.g. why the German hill country folks in Texas have been GOP since rocks cooled) that I learned from Kevin Phillips classic book, The Emerging Republican Majority, which I read in a poli sci class in College at the time it was published.

The book was superb and original. You are right, Kevin has been the null set since, partially because he morphed into an economic populist, which is ipso facto the functional equivalent of the null set.
