When are they going to stop with the innuendo and just break what's going on with Kerry or are they going to wait until this soda loses it's fizz?

Racicot now Gillespie, can't we afford an RNC with a modicum of charisma? Does anyone remember Lee Atwater?

Last time I saw Edwards wife on TV I was rather surprised to find a frumpy dishevelled woman in need of a hair dye touch up. Sheesh, she needs a handler, ala Terraaayyyzza!

I was afraid of that. Blarney is very hard to take, especially this early in the morning. I do have an hour and a half to get enough coffee. Maybe that will help.

Lee Atwater was never head of the RNC. He was GHW Bush's campaign manager, a la Karl Rove.
To: OldFriend
Edwards' wife, or Kerry's?

Howlin says she was sent to a fat farm this summer, according to people she knows. (Edwards is HER senator, which grates on her nerves).

Two quick items:
1. The new Bush internet video stinks -- it's weak, it's confusing, and people generally don't care about the "special interest" issue. The voice over should be a man, not a woman on this issue.
2. What may save us is the post-Labor Day period: we control the legislative calendar, and thus we can keep Kerry (Edwards too if he is the VP) tied down for days in the Senate... he cannot be absent on key votes -- we'll make him vote on making the tax cut permanent. We'll make him vote on judges. We'll make him vote on defense appropriations. We'll make him vote on a constitutional amendment against gay marriage. Either way he votes, he loses, either the middle or his base.
