No it doesn't seem "too bright", but then consider that in 1970 one of the largest rallys in US history took place in the exact same location (and this one won't be "35 people" either.)

From what I read, they won't be anywhere near Ft. Bragg. They will actually be near the Quaker House which I think backs up to the park. They wouldn't get very far if they did try to march towards Ft. Bragg. It's so far that they would have to catch a bus or give up. All the gates are manned during the week and on the weekend some are closed.
