FYI - we have a shooter, using a hand gun who likes to shoot randomly at cars on freeways and country roads and at houses too. He has managed to kill one elderly woman who was a passenger in a car, that is only one time where he managed to hit a person and when he did it killed her.

They had one like that in Arkansas back in 1979, too. The only woman he killed was a woman reporter from the UPI statehouse bureau in Little Rock, in an excellent position to have heard some of the stories floating around about the just-sworn-in governor, and the woman he had raped in the Little Rock Doubletree hotel when he was Attorney General- Clinton was his name, as I recall. But the governor directed the State police to carefully investigate the *random sniping attacks, the work of a single crazed shooter* and no arrest or conviction ever resulted. Actually former Cinci mayor/talk show host Jerry Springer considered a run for either the Senate or Congress(can't remember), but dropped out. He made an unannounced appearance at our local sportsbar one night when I was out with family and friends there. Ruined the night for all of us.

As far as Clinton/Arkansas thing, I have no doubt about what caused the demise of that poor woman.
