It was his right to go and live somewhere else "in freedom" if he wanted to. But with his attempting to give aid to those who have declared war on us, and have sworn to kill Americans, he's committed treason, and deserves the death penalty. But he won't get it, just like Taliban Johnny didn't get it... Even though he was captured in a war zone!

Nope, since Congress didn't actually declare war, we're not legally at war. So he'll get off.

For attempting to put the lives of those he's serving with at risk, he's deserving of a firing squad.

Sometimes there is just evil in the world. Why would anyone convert to Islam on their own free will? A religion whose prophet was a pedophile. A religion whose prophet attacked merchant caravans traveling from Syria to Mecca. (In today’s terms we call that called terrorism.)
