THIS is the girl at the centre of a sex scandal that threatens Democratic front-runner John Kerry’s run for the White House.

Presidential hopeful Kerry, dubbed the new JFK, has denied claims he had a two-year fling with brunette Alex Polier. Alex, 27, was a cross-country runner and in the world affairs club at her Philadelphia school.

One source said: “She was attractive, intelligent and one of the leaders in her year.”

She went on to graduate from Columbia University, New York, and met Kerry, 60, as she began a career as a freelance journalist.

But a probe was under way yesterday into allegations that twice-wed Kerry seduced her after inviting her to join his campaign team in spring 2001.

There is no evidence to support the claims. Dad-of-two Kerry was set to seal the nomination to take on George Bush in the November election when the allegations surfaced.

Alex, who is in Africa with her fiancé Yaron Schwartzman, refused to comment.

It is interesting to see who is protecting Alex in Kenya. She is staying with a guy called Joseph Schwarzman (not sure of spelling). He is a partner of Naushad Merali and works for Nicholas Biwott -- two of the most dangerous men in Kenya who plundered the country's treasury on behlaf of their boss former President Daniel arap Moi. Biwott has also been accused of the murder of foreign minister Robert Ouko.

Think she's being held there involuntarily?

The "Honorable" Mr. Kerry-Heinz had better pray (under tutelege, if need be) that she isn't devoured by a lion or even afflicted by a mosquito bite during a side-trip to a Kenyan game preserve.

I must admit, however, that packing her off to Kenya was a prudent move. Ain't no nasty anti-American terrorists over there, right??

Lots of young women are attracted to wealth and power. Some of them are even stupid enough to think that by, by being sufficiently "nice" they can secure some for themselves. They are then surprised to discover that wealthy and powerful men have an inexhaustable supply of girls like them, as they are flushed like a used condom

The Honorable guy who wrote me, who he knows to be a "Trustworthy Friend With a Reputation for Honour and Integrity," said that he was the son of the murdered Robert Ouko and needed to quickly and with "Utmost Discretion" transfer his dad's fortune from a Nigerian bank into my account for safekeeping.

I guess that I now know why my checks have been bouncing over the past two weeks.
