Yes, I am aware of the fact that a few state constitutions offer an exception to the general rule about arguing the right of jury nullification. Read what I originally wrote, with care this time.

When I DO become a Congressman, I will still consider you to be sloppy in your research, and obnoxious in your posts. Some things don't change.
