[history]
Now, all bets are off.
With the universe of gender and sexual identities expanding, a gay youth culture emerging, acceptance of gays rising and label loyalty falling, the gay lexicon has exploded with scores of new words and blended phrases that delineate every conceivable stop on the identity spectrum -- at least for this week.

How old are they? Listen to straight fraternity guys and high school kids, and you'll hear the same pattern, but most of them grow out of it after the novelty and their hormones settle down.
To: GovernmentShrinker
Well, there are many "straight" degenerates as well.
But the difference in this case, is how the homosexual agenda crowd wants to force these so-called "new identities" on the rest of of.

"We in society and in our generation are developing new understandings of sexual orientation and gender identities and what that means to us," she said. "We don't really have enough language to describe that; therefore, we have to create new words." No new words necessary. "Pervert" sums it all up.

This corruption is ingrained in our youth. Those under 35 or so, would allow gay marriages and see the only thing wrong with these types of relationships (and of course the strange people) is peoples prejudices(read their elders) against homosexuals and the many tri, bi's and sli...mes. My ladyfriend had a co-worker from a few years back, come out to her as a transgender.........she was nice to him/her........I mean IT, when her daughter congratulated her on being open minded, it hit home.. The younger generations mind has been plowed and furrowed by the public education system and tv, and the weeds are allowed to grow.........while the good crops get choked out.....

They may want to, but only the radical fringe (of all and/or uncertain orientations) are going to buy into this nonsense beyond college age -- they'll outgrow it at the same time they outgrow dying their hair green and other adolescent nonsense. Note the ages of the people quoted in this article -- and the only one who's apparently older is too embarrassed about his age to reveal it! I vote to ignore them, especially since they're only doing this to get attention. Why let ourselves be suckered into believing that their silly antics have any signficance?

I was beginning to think that myself. After all, even a closed mind is right once in a while.

Yeah, and we dismissed them 25 years ago when the Homosexual Agenda was nothing more than "we want to be left alone in the privacy of our bedrooms."

Narcissicism, it's not just for breakfast anymore...Apparently not. But it is at the very heart of every "alternative lifestyle" whose basis is sexual orientation. These people are engaged in bizzare behavior for the purpose of evading responsibility and avoiding reality. They are escapees from both the Nature of Reality and the Reality of Nature. The rest of the hot water's all yours.
To: Guillermo
EVERYBODY ought to be left alone in the privacy of their bedrooms. And people who flaunt themselves inappropriately in public should be studiously ignored (except by their parents if they're underaged). Personally I don't find the antics of these people with the silly made-up identity labels anywhere near as worrisome as the legions of pre-adolescent and adolescent girls dressed like whores with their parents'full approval.

While Breedlove is old enough to have an age complex
Because they go after children (adolescents) to convince themselves they are still young. Also, if it's in its mid-thirties, it knows that its life span coming to an end.

How about this jewel of a quote:
"Tricky, maybe, but also healthy and empowering,"
Yes, people calling themselves every madeup weird word except "man" and "woman" is REEALLY healthy!
Doublespeak to the max.
THanks, Ed, for the ping to my thread - I'm going to be adding ideas, it's brain fermentation time! Bubbling up, so to sepak.

"The language thing is tricky," said Thom Lynch, the director of the San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Community Center. "I feel sorry for straight people." He shouldn't. We have roughly twice his life span.
Plus homosexuals have to spend $600 to $1000 a month just to stay alive after their bug-chasing years.
