I don't know about that. I don't think that is true.

For instance, Kerry was only able to raise the $6 million loan (or whatever it was) based on his "share" of their house on Beacon Hill.

It could get very dicey if Teresa tries to slip him money. Frankly, I'd love to see her try.

Yes, agreed. I went to the FEC website and re-read the actual regs (it's been a while since I had done that). A loan is considered the same as a contribution and the $2000 limit per person applies.
