I'm hoping that Cheney decides not to run, and they pick a new VP to run w/Bush will will invigorate the ticket and set us up for 2008.
VP Cheney is just fine. AFter his initial diagnosis of irregular heart beat several years ago, I don't remember him having any additional problems.
And you know the Dem operatives are out there as we speak, hoping upon hope that VP Cheney will collapse any minute with major heart disease.
Besides, by today's standards, the procedure VP Cheney had was minor. His experience and steady-handedness in this administration has added immeasurably to the success of President GWB.
Yes, there might be younger more energetic VP candidates out there, but few have such immediate respect as does Cheney.
Just out of curiosity, who would be your reccomendation as replacement??
