Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were not the lone conspirators in the Oklahoma City bombing but were part of a greater scheme involving Islamic terrorists Funny, no evidence, just conspiracy-class stories, innuendo, and lots of 'links' that, well, only 'link' vaporously 'different' far-flung suspects together ...
'Linking' is not proof.

I certainly hope you're right. The people of OKC deserve it, and the Bush admin could use it as *even more* justification for the Iraq invasion.

OK you were right, now ask youeself why Bush (& CO.) continue to hise the truth?
While you're asking yourself questions about the so called "consevative" republicans how about gun control?
What the NRA calls the "Clinton assault weapons ban" may as well be called the Bush assault-weapons ban...the man is on record as saying he FAVORS extending the ban.
And the NRA....when is the last time they called a jack-booted thug a jack-booted thug?

Wayne LaPierre did that some time ago and Bush I jumped all over him, among many, many others.
"OK you were right, now ask youeself why Bush (& CO.) continue to hise the truth?"
Perhaps they are otherwise occupied. Perhaps they are merely covering up for the prior Administration - a regrettable fault in Republicans not equally reciprocated by the Dems. They did the same thing with a number of other issues - like the Dems trashing the White House. Wait for the book by J. Davis. That might shake something loose.
"What the NRA calls the "Clinton assault weapons ban" may as well be called the Bush assault-weapons ban...the man is on record as saying he FAVORS extending the ban."
Bush wants to get elected. Saying he will sign it doesn't mean it will get to his desk. If he has any sense and any power over his party in Congress, and, apparently he has, it will never reach that point. Dems tried tacking it onto the lawsuit protection bill and he categorically said he would not sign a bill on that subject with any riders - score one for Bush.
Now the Dems are reintroducing a NEW assault rifle bill, more restrictive than the old one. Bush won't sign that - its a new bill. Score another for Bush.
Look. Bush isn't perfect, but he's far better than Kerry.
Kerry attacked the NRA's right to run their own television station! The Republican Party is a poor alternative to the Democrats, but its the only horse we have to run. Also, Kerry would be naming MORE anti-gun, left-wing justices to the federal courts. Don't forget - Bush is a REAL moderate, not a true conservative. But then again, he's not a phoney "moderate" (read "liberal").
If you are a conservative pro-gun guy, JOIN the Republican Party and try to make to better (more conservative). I have. Its our only alternative. Third parties are dead right now.

Dead ringer.
Now, why would our gov't cover this up as well as covering up TWA 800?
I think it was a mistake on their part that Padilla showed up again. Too easy to make the connection.
