The solution to this is to start banning certain networks reporters from having access at the White House. Let them scream, cry, etc., but nothing requires the White House to let Dimwit stooges masquerading as "objective" press enter for briefings, interviews, etc. Reward friends...shut off the hostile networks entirely. Guess how quickly CBS, CNN, et al. decide to change their tune when all access is denied to the President and administration officials.

I remember back in the early days of the Reagan Administration, there was some particularly obnoxious reporter who kept heckling Reagan with the same stupid questions over and over. Reagan finally had enough and said "shut up!" The reporter was tossed out and had his credentials pulled.
Common Tator or Billy Bob, do you have any memory of this incident?

I've been saying that for a long time. Kick them out. Then they'll have legitimate reasons to run nothing but All Kerry, All the time. Eventually they'll come back begging when Fox and some small newspapers get all the big stories.

If only the Bush administration had the guts to play such hardball. That Russell interview should have been with Brit Hume. The Republicans have a bad habit of rewarding their enemies and cutting their allies off at the knees.
