"Kerry’s Website reveals less than honorable discharge"

While this writer was in the research process regarding allegations that Kerry had received a less than honorable discharge from the Navy, which was later changed, others were similarly engaged. Consequently, there are emerging simultaneously a number of allegations to that effect on the Internet; and the writer finds them to be generally true.

Although the records Kerry has posted on his official site do not show an earlier discharge; and, incidentally, Kerry has finally admitted that he has not posted all of his records despite earlier claims that all were posted. Kerry publicly admitted during an interview with Tom Brokaw on October 28th, that all of his records are not public.
• “Brokaw: Someone has analyzed the President's military aptitude tests and yours, and concluded that he has a higher IQ than you do.
• Kerry: That's great. More power. I don't know how they've done it, because my record is not public. So I don't know where you're getting that from.”

Calling all liberals! If you can’t get it right even after Kerry has admitted that he has lied about his military record, you deserve what you get if it ends up being Kerry; which, fortunately for America, it won’t be. Since he has certifiably lied about that, you could expect no less should he be elected; which the American people will not do.

The allegation that he initially had a less than honorable discharge is based on the fact that the discharge document was signed by Secretary of the Navy Graham Claytor, dated February 18th, 1978, six years after the end of his obligated service. It shows that Kerry was discharged under the provisions of Title 10, USC 1162 that applies to those who are being discharged to become a “minister of religion” or “to become a regular;” and, 1163 applies to those whose discharges were awarded incident to miscreant behavior, such as AWOL, courts martial punishment, and etc.. http://www.johnkerry.com/pdf/jkmilservice/Honorable_Discharge_From_Reserve.pdf

Kerry did not become a “regular” Navy officer, and certainly did not become a “minister of religion.”

Therefore, he must have initially been awarded a less than honorable discharge, such as: General, Other than Honorable, or Dishonorable and appealed that characterization, likely backed by Teddy Kennedy and/or others with political interest and influence. Absent release of his entire record, it is impossible to verify how he “worked his bolt” and who his supporters in that endeavor were. But given the fact that Americans of the “liberal persuasion” are being duped as to the actual quality of their candidate, it should be of great importance to them. This is especially true since Kerry has gone to great lengths to run on his “heroic” military record.

Not only do the Democrats have a Candidate who arguably committed treason by giving aid and comfort to the enemy in violation of Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution, it is more than less likely that he received a “less than honorable” discharge from the Navy as well.

There are two excellent pieces that the writer has taken the time to verify and which explain in detail the salient issues.
• First, “The President who committed treason,” by Raymond Kraft, dated October 29th, 2004. http://chronwatch.com/content/contentDisplay.asp?aid=10716
• Second, “Kerry’s non-honorable discharge,” by Earl Lively, dated October 31st, 2004.

Americans sometimes do some strange things, but electing a person to be President who was given a less than honorable discharge from the armed forces, would make America the laughingstock of the world. Muslim fundamentalists would jeer and be emboldened in their efforts while all others would snicker; and they would be right.

President Bush may not be perfect, but his heart is as pure as the driven snow, his vision is keen, his leadership is strong, his management is succeeding and America is safer today than it was at any time during his predecessor’s eight years of “we are going to chase them down and bring them to justice” and the attacks of September 11th.

He has lead the country out of the “Clinton recession” made worse by the attacks of September 11th.. Even CBS is reporting that Chicago area businesses are at a 17 year high. There are more car sales than at any time in history, more Americans own their own homes today, and there are more people working that at any time in history even without the inclusion of millions of uncounted illegal immigrants. Despite the left’s nay-saying, things are getting better every day!

Vote for President Bush! He’s the right man, in the right place at the right time.
