A florida Judge was doing that. She called them quantum leaps. (she was doing it to help people be eligible to apply for driving to work permits. after they had entered into a plea deal.) She was bumped from the bench. I forget which county.
Is there any discussion about the in between time?
Can Mass accelerate the time? Call the legislature in special session and repeat the convention?

" On Friday, Ohio Gov. Bob Taft, Republican, signed a law making Ohio the 38th state with a "defense of marriage act" that defines marriage as union of a man and a woman."
Just to be fair, Taft really didn't know what he was signing, his wife told him to sit down, shut up and sign that G D shhet of paper.
