Pay records demonstrate that Pres. Bush served.

I cannot believe the totally PARTISAN attack that I am witnessing in this news conference! If there was ANY doubt that the Washington Press Corp is decidedly liberal, this press conference removes all doubts. I've never seen anything quite like this!

I was just watching the thing myself, had to leave the breakroom so I wouldn't shout at the TV. The reporters are fighting this like the cornered, rabid beasts that they are.

These reporters are having a difficult time accepting this.

This is amazing. These reporters are being hateful.
They are asking that the pay records be broken down to what he did each day.
I can't believe the hate!

Why don't they (the reporters) mention their beloved Bill Clinton's escape from the service of his country?

I guess the next thing they will want is a DNA sample to prove he was in Alabama. Amazing.

I'm sure they'll attack Kerry's treasonous record with as much fervor. [yawn]

McClellan ought to ask some of these reporters if they will make public their own pay records from the Kerry campaign.

They see their case unraveling and they can't tolerate it.
With the release of these records, Hanoi John Kerry is dealing with his anti-america, communist past and they have nothing to throw at Pres. Bush.
Someone needs to do a month by month summary of Pres. Bush's service and show a visual chart of his credit for service.

Sure, we are supposed to believe all the military records on Kerry but not on Bush???? These reporters will not believe the truth no matter what Bush does. They can't believe he went so far as to release these records. You would think that would shut them up.

I am apalled by how this issue is being abused. It is now very clear that the press will do everything in its power to elevate the level of abuse and attempt to portray George W. Bush as a privileged punk who ran from Vietnam by signing up for the Air National Guard. This is beyond sad.

The only important thing in that "grilling" was to notice how the media is willing to carry water for the Democrats.
Scott is handling them fine, giving them nothing they can use. They have coordinated their questions, and he has to address each one, or be called "defensive". But they are getting nothing from him. They look like a bunch of idiots.

It' the old Clinton, etc. thing. Attack, attack and attack; and don't let the other side get a word in.
To: xzins
God, these people are stupid; even when the facts show he did serve, they still do not beleive Bush served. Are the American People really this DUMB. Are people that stupid, they can't even beleive facts on paper when presented to them?
Anyone? Answers?

They can't believe he went so far as to release these records. You would think that would shut them up.Never. As far they're concerned, George Bush is a deserter because they say he is, and no amount of evidence to the contrary will change that. If they can't make these records go away, they'll claim that they're fabricated. I'd expect that to be the theme the media goes with, questioning the authenticity of the records.
