Walter is Congressman Jim Kolbe's brother. Walter is the one who found the Arabic Diary on an a smuggler's trail here in Cochise County.
The link goes to the newspaper's home page. This editorial was not posted on-line today, although it leads the "Our Readers' Views" section.

Please take note that the author of the letter to the editor is the brother of the Congressman Jim Kolbe that is being blasted.
All Arizona residents of Cochise County and the state as a whole need to be aware of this.
To put it other terms former Lieutenant Junior Grade, USN, J. Kolbe, is willfully derelict in the performance of his sworn duties.

Jim Kolbe's brother...wow..no wonder that we underlings have no influence over our "representatives" if Kolbe's own brother can't get through to him. I bet they have some unpleasant family get togethers.

With Wally that close to the cesspool, you'd think he could smell something...
Surely Wally knows that the gov't isn't ignorant about the issue...The gov't sends most of our industry to any 3rd World Country that has some vacant property and then opens the borders for people that will take any job that's left...At 3rd World Wages of course...
Tell me (with a straight face) they don't have a plan and an agenda...

I wouldn't want to be at their family Thanksgiving dinner after this blast. Obviously he knows his brother to be a scoundrel. The citizens of Arizona need to look very deeply into voter fraud. I am convinced half of these socialist under whatever guise, Republican or Demonrat, are in office because of funny goings on at the voters booth.

I'm so thrilled that Walter called his RINO brother out. Walter echos precisely what I was quoted in the local paper as saying at the Kolbe protest and at the Tancredo dinner. I had the pleasure to meet Walter at the dinner and was struck by the difference between he and his corrupt brother.

By the way, this isn't the first time Walter Kolbe has expressed disagreement with his brother on the border issue. In September there was an entire article wherein Walter stated his opposition to his brother's amnesty proposal and his support for the PAN initiative. See
this.

It chronicled the travails of a young man far from home who was missing his girlfriend.
At least, that's as much as the FBI released. It neither confirms nor denies the intentions of the young man once he arrived in country. I believe they said he was Iranian, but won't swear to it right now. He had phone numbers in his diary from Canada and Afghanistan.

Arizona is funny...
I don't know the actual numbers, but the registered voters in our two most populous counties (Pima w/Tuscon and Maricopa w/Phoenix) far outnumber the rest of us in the twelve rural counties.
Urban voters rule in this state, and both urban areas have very large liberal/Democrat voting blocks. Of course, a little fraud every now and again doesn't hurt...I'm just not sure it's necessary.

What did it say? It said that PRND21 misunderstands and misstates the point of what is going on here and insists upon interjecting himself into immigration and border threads to make false insinuations of racism and xenophobia to intentionally disrupt those threads.
It went on to say that participants in immigration and border threads should not let PRND21 goad them into a flamewar and should instead ignore PRND21.
Despite the source of the advice, I felt it was a wise suggestion and recommended it to all my evil racist vigilante friends. However, the Arabic writing omitted instructions on where to find the "Ignore" button on FR so we'll just have to rely upon self restraint to ignore PRND21 and similar disruptors and trolls who add nothing but turmoil to immigration and border threads.

Maybe states should adopt the electoral college example of voting to keep urban areas from exerting tyranny on the rual areas.
To: MissAmericanPie
Maybe states should adopt the electoral college example of voting to keep urban areas from exerting tyranny on the rual areas. I have stated this many times. But I don't see how to do it as the urbanites will not willingly give up that much power.
