What actions of Moby's, or actions he has proposed would be actionable and bring him into a court of law?

I can think of a civil issue: libel -- the deliberate publishing of false information in an attempt to defame or otherwise injure.

I always get confused between slander and libel. No doubt, our President has real business to deal with, and this seditious little punk will get a free pass.

Dim dirty trick: Make up a lie, have the liberal press flog it for all it's worth. Bury a retraction on page 52 of the classified adds.
