You are right, but what is far worse than anything else you wrote is he allowed China to gain missile guidance technology to be able to launch rockets at us with percision...
Means they (thanks to Clinton / Gore) can nuke any target in the USA whereas before they could not.

So in effect, Clinton / Gore could have already killed millions of us, just hasn't happened yet.
