Kerry Says He Will Repair Damage [Kerry writes Islamic Republic's English Newspaper]

WASHINGTON (Mehr News Agency) -- The office of Senator John Kerry, the frontrunner in the Democratic presidential primary in the U.S., sent the Mehr News Agency an e-email saying that Kerry will try to repair the damage done by the incumbent president if he wins the election. The text of the e-mail follows.

As Americans who have lived and worked extensively overseas, we have personally witnessed the high regard with which people around the world have historically viewed the United States. Sadly, we are also painfully aware of how the actions and the attitudes demonstrated by the U.S. government over the past three years have threatened the goodwill earned by presidents of both parties over many decades and put many of our international relationships at risk.

It is in the urgent interests of the people of the United States to restore our country's credibility in the eyes of the world. America needs the kind of leadership that will repair alliances with countries on every continent that have been so damaged in the past few years, as well as build new friendships and overcome tensions with others.

We are convinced that John Kerry is the candidate best qualified to meet this challenge. Senator Kerry has the diplomatic skill and temperament as well as a lifetime of accomplishments in field of international affairs. He believes that collaboration with other countries is crucial to efforts to win the war on terror and make America safer.

An understanding of global affairs is essential in these times, and central to this campaign Kerry has the experience and the understanding necessary to successfully restore the United States to its position of respect within the community of nations. He has the judgment and vision necessary to assure that the United States fulfills a leadership role in meeting the challenges we face throughout the world.

The current Administration's policies of unilateralism and rejection of important international initiatives, from the Kyoto Accords to the Biological Weapons Convention, have alienated much of the world and squandered remarkable reserves of support after 9/11. This climate of hostility affects us all, but most especially impacts those who reside overseas. Disappointment with current U.S. leadership is widespread, extending not just to the corridors of power and politics, but to the man and woman on the street as well.

We believe John Kerry is the Democrat who can go toe-to-toe against the current Administration on national security and defense issues. We also remain convinced that John Kerry has the best chance of beating the incumbent in November, and putting America on a new course that will lead to a safer, more secure, and more stable world.

Well Quix, it looks like it's just you and me on this thread (for the moment) and from your responses you take your time and read and respond to them as you get to them, I can appreciate that, chin up, I still have hope for the country that Washington Won and Jefferson Envisioned, the one that G.W. Bush now Presides. I disagree with much of what he has done (trying to apease the Communist Democrats ie Kennedy) but I still stand 100% behind him and I Thank God that ALGORE did not have the opportunity to sell us to the jihad.

(although I really did like Michlen Tires and Bic Shavers, if France made Budwieser I would be in a world of hurt)

you said "It is Kerry AND the media AND the HYPORAT machine etc."

My point is that it doesn't matter, it could be Clark, Dean or Sharpton (anyone but Lieberman, I don't think he can be bought), the candidate is not in charge, the media is and they will not be disappointed (insert SAROS $$$) there is no Campaign Finance concerns with the Media they are 100% bought and paid for, every single second ($ will come in even for dead air... I have sold it, no lie. You need to sell timing with content and timing is worth more than content)
Any Lie Will Fly, I give you 8 years of Clinton and now Shrillery is Omnipotent.
Quix, if Hillary gets near control of this Country you are probably correct that the end is near.
President Bush is the Anti-Clinton and if he would just move slowly away from the checkbook, I could not complain, he is not a perfect man but he is the right man for us at this time, I have faith in him.

But a great deal of the population does not share your sentiments toward Jane Fonda. And a whole lot of them, the naive, idealistic, and impressionable young, hardly even know who she is.

I hope that by election day America can see this guy is terribly phony.

I often do, too . . . practice great restraint.

But as you likely know,

It's something I'm rarely accused of.

Much agree.

Though I think he's well beyond phoney. I think he's even as far as being in Shrillery's camp of

CONSCIOUSLY OUT TO DESTROY THE REPUBLIC AS WE HAVE KNOWN IT IN THE SERVICE OF THE GLOBALIST TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT of the Anti-Christ.

Has the botox paralyzed his brain!!??

It was the prostate surgery that enhanced his hunger for power at any cost, to compensate for his loss of other functions.

No surprise here. I have just been reading the "Venona Papers", and it is shocking how many wealthy intellectuals worked to promote communism. Many so called journalists were involved and commies had infiltrated Dept. of Justice, even the OSS, precursor of CIA. Many of these were just enablers to close friends who were avid commies. Just such arrogance and elite superiority!
A few whose friends were purged by Stalin had a rude awakening, but not many. Given the number that were infiltrating our govt., research, intelligence apparatus, schools, media, I would say there are still a great number of commies and fellow travelers here, today.

Kerry Says He Will Repair Damage [Kerry writes Islamic Republic's English Newspaper]

Thereby also destroying America as we know it The lord says you turn the other cheek well we've done that to many times

If we counted the times these little countries tried to destroy us our head would look like Linda Blair on the Exorcist

Kerry is a communist sympathizer plain and simple just like the rest of the communist democratic party !

You leftout G. Gordon Liddy, this as a call in to his show, He'd have a field day with it.

Kerry is and always has been a traitor, if this turns out to be factual, we should start a petition for his participation in aiding and abetting the enemy!

I guess this means 84 Americans will have to volunteer to become hostages during Kerry's term. Wonderful. Neville Chamberlain, American style.
