I didn't just challenge your assertation, I just blew it out of the freaking water! I jsut sent you the link to a page that contains the information. SHOW ME where that line is. Casual comments like that aren't allowed within the framework of an OER if they are set up like a NCOER. Which during your time in the Army you obviously never got because if you had you'd understand a little more about how they are written.
