BUDGET AND TAXES -- Opposes tax increases as "bad for federal revenues over time and bad for our economy. We must hold the line on spending." Favors allocating federal funds to war on terror while holding down spending in other areas. Supports President Bush's call to hold the total annual growth in federal spending to 4 percent "but only if our money is spent on the right priorities and spent properly."

Might be better to post this article on the forum at the PRI Party website.

I'm sure Marin's campaign has this release already translated.:)

Hey guys. I heard rosarios interview on john and ken on friday and if anyone knows who her handler is we need to talk. I was stunned at the poor job she did, I know she is the horse we are going with but, she couldn't answer any questions. It was killing me. I was twisting inside. John and Ken ( know them or not they are a huge political force in california now) were stunned. They were trying to help her but she just wasnt polished at all. Anyone else hear it? She has got to go through political boot camp and quick.

LOL.

I posted the articles about Kaloogian... so I thought I should give equal time to the republicans. I even posted Toni Casey's... I didn't read anything about her supporting Clinton though. So much for facts.

The more we read about all the candidates, the more it should solidify a decision.

I heard her a week or so ago... she sounded like an airhead.

...I know she is the horse we are going with...

Actually the response was a poorly conceived allusion to the apparent lack of interest today to the several candidates and their views.

There are apparently few Casey, Jones or Marin supporters on this forum today.

As I've said many times before, about two weeks before the election the Republican faithful will appear peddling their candidate against all odds.

Logic would say that they would be blindly supporting Marin, but because of her track record that may be difficult, even for the blindly faithful. Logic would also suggest that the faithful would be against Jones because of his prior "act of treason" but again there may be no other alternative for the pragmatic loyalists to support.

Kaloogian has, of course. gotten good play on this forum but that may wane if he "lingers" in the shadows of relative obscurity much longer.

"Mexico must help us to secure our common border on its side to stop illegal immigration."

Their people should be free to leave their country, just as we are free to leave the US.

Only the US is responsible for regulating entry to this country. We should not (and cannot) depend on Mexico for enforcement of our own borders.
