When it's made with freshly ground soft wheat berries, it's so mild you won't noticed the difference. (Okay, okay. I haven't tried that yet. But the freshly ground hard wheat berries make excellent bread. Just ask my mom! She loves the stuff. So, I know it'll be good when I try it Someday!) ;)
